With the way the east keeps their word, this should be titled " the Bukaki dance vs Kabuki". Seriously, are the east that delusional to think anyone takes them seriously?

How on the earth do these morons even get dressed in the morning, let alone find their way to the airport?

Outside of a few hundred delusional east pilots, do you think there is a pilot in the country that believes there is any integrity at usapa? Even if anyone agrees that the west got an better deal, everyone thinks your word is **** and looks at you as such.

You passed on a list that would have advanced your relative position so you could stay the industry's lowest paid pilots...... I stand by my previous post.

PS: DP is laughing at your superior intelect. I'd be too, if I wasn't tied to your group.

Isn't the "NIC" list the only list with the imprimatur of any legal governing authority?

^^^^^^^ Gospel!

No, I'm not a lawyer. But I married one. Otherwise, I'd have thought the imprimatur was part of an Airbus breaker panel.

There is an interesting theory that Parker pulled the MOU because he needs to save the Change of Control clause aka "poison pill." Preserving COC now provides a barrier to the possibility that British Airways has the position that AMR should buy US Airways with Horton managing merged AA.

Is this true? I have no idea, but this sound plausible.

Not even close. The mou only changed the coc if Doug stayed in control. The Mou would die if amr bought usairways out of bankruptcy and the coc would still be in effect.
