For anyone that has used myaacareer.com, how "accurate" is it with their projects to upgrade or move equipment?

Are you still at fedex? I left American as well for Purple, and had serious regrets shortly after joining. Now at the Air Line in Atlanta. Honestly, wish I would have never left American in the first place. I gave up a lot based off of bad advice and a lack of diligent research on my part, but it is what is is.

Our experience prior somehow doesn't count. Once they learned my background, they backed off a bit. What I mean a bit is they stopped directing it to me and more generalizations again.
(Again not to make this out to be a huge issue, this was with a handful of people I dealt with. Most have been great)

I don't buy into the fear mongering or the doom and gloom. It's a slight hiccup in the road and I feel that FedEx with weather it just fine. I also don't buy into the nonsense coming from the current MEC.
End of the day, I'm still extremely happy with my chocie to leave AA.
