I know of one or two who waited until after this vacancy before they decided what to do but those are still 13xxx numbers.
I believe outside of the occasional outlier, that 12xxx will remain the floor for PHX 73 FO as most moving to PHX for whatever reason would prefer to do it on the Airbus or wait for CA to hit.
I haven’t looked into ORD 320 as much but I imagine it’s slightly different there.
All just a WAG though.

Looks like I’ll be eating from my knees and throwing the yoke around in my medium term future.

Regarding the -80... I'd still be on it if we had it. Hands down the most fun I've ever had in my airline career.

Some for the schedule, some actually did not like the Bus. One of my buds who had flown 737 FO went to the Airbus FO to get to CLT quicker and did not like the aircraft or the flying so he bid back to 737 CA as soon as they opened it up and he could hold it. Another one was a long time Bus FO and when upgrade time came he decided he wanted to change it up after I kept telling him how much fun the 737 left seat actually is.

The company awarded a ton of 777 FO spots in 2023, and withheld a lot of them. Those have finally been released on these last two vacancies. It would appear that MIA 777 FO is full, for a while.
The same thing happened on MIA 787 FO in 2022-2023. Basically zero new MIA 787 FO awards since.
That style of manpower planning is textbook AA. Flood a bid status with bodies and then crickets to follow.
Bid what you want, want what you bid. Most consider getting withheld to be a very good deal.
