New reserve system

It's really hard to have an actual appreciation to what's going on with the pilot facing tools as they currently are. I expect that the next 2-3 months will be a train wreck, and then reserve the right to be pleasantly surprised thereafter. The ability to post generic ballots before a Pass All as well as an actua useful reserve list, be it in RAS or APA Reserve, would go a long ways.

Simple fix— “Pass All” shouldn’t be an award.

So, I haven't been on reserve in a year or so. I'm on vacation this week (and bid reserve this month) so I haven't been paying attention to how the new system is actually playing out. I know we can still look at the reserve tab on the union app and sort by days available and seniority to get a pseudo bucket look, but is there something in RAS that has a similar layout? Something that shows our buckets or where we are in relation to other folks? Also, is long call 14 hours outside of DOTC now?

That’s my largest issue with the new reserve rules. I’d like to create a ballot for trips flown into my DFP to collect the extra 10:3 credit while accumulating RDW. Unfortunately “Pass All” is considered an award removing my other ballots instead of “don’t call me to ask if I want to pass, the answer is yes”.

Looking at your previous posts I still see you are in the mission hacking phase. Some of us ex-mil grow out of it faster than others. You seem like one of the slow ones.
