Does it matter? When you're flying over the Atlantic, 270 is no different than 370.

Exactly this. It will go senior. DFW to ANC is the longest NEO route in the US and goes senior especially on the CA side. So it will be no different going to Europe, people will want to fly it until they don't.

DFW-ANC is like 3100 NM. FYI.

This is what I think. We had PHL-ANC for a month or two last summer. Lots of former NYC AA 75/76 and Airways 76 bubbas wanting to go back to that SNN, EDI, etc. life. Good thing to have on the horizon regardless.

Seriously? It’s different if there’s weather or turbulence and you’re locked in to a single altitude.

Looked the other day and all the Jetblue flights heading west were FL320 and above coasting out off Ireland

Maybe with fewer seats than the standard 321 config the max altitude will be better? We'll see in 2-3 years. Lots of T models to replace first before we see Europe. I might even be a 73 captain before then.

Tell me you’ve never flown the Atlantic without telling me you’ve never flown the Atlantic
