Line construction window for September is the lowest I have seen. Last September I was forced to fly almost 90 hours. Maybe we are finally adequately staffed. Growth has been curbed to 3% I think.

It won't last long. Hiring will pick back up next year. Probably not as crazy as the last couple years but losing 800 plus a year to retirement will have an affect.

Allegedly, one of the main purposes of the RAS is to maximize LC use. Good luck.

Indeed. The primary loop hole that AA closed and APA failed to achieve any gains in return for, is that LC pilots will now have little success proffering for trips that are less days than work days available. My primary strategy was to proffer for 2-day trips with 3-day work blocks. This will be now difficult to achieve.

RM said we would be getting more 2 day trips but it looks like 4 days are still 60-70% of the bid package. If there weren't so many of the damn things maybe they would be easier to cover?

what bid status is that? 208 out of 988 (21%) 4 days here (PHX) in September.

CLT 320, worst trips in the entire airline and it isn't even close.

At least 9 CJOs at OBAP this week. Have non-conference interviews restarted?
