Both United and Delta had pretty solid (given the industry's overcapacity) quarterly reports, and I'm guessing we'll disappoint next week. Maybe that'll light a fire to make some changes at the top.

That is it, I'll say it, I agree with you.

I've been here only for 14 months, and it's so damn obvious that things need to change somehow. I don't care the type of business you're running, but for a place with these amount of employees/departments......you need happy employees that feel somewhat proud of where they work, see DL/UA. A job is a job I get it, still, you can feel the apathy and negative energy everywhere and that ain't cool.
DL/UA still hiring this year and running classes, and we gonna have a hiring freeze for how long?. God forbid we grow.....but it seems we gonna shrink a little bit?. I do like and support being cautious but holy s* what a contrast with the other 2.
Don't get me wrong, still a great job/career, but management is supossed to fix what's wrong and help the airline grow, not just squeeze the operation to make extra $0.99. The NB trips are getting worse everty month with that PBS optimizer, but maybe this happens at DL/UA as well.

Things need to change.

If/when we lag this quarter it may be the final nail in Isoms coffin. 🤞🏻

Vasu was the sacrificial lamb. Isom isn’t going anywhere.

If things don’t actually change, won’t the shareholders say WTf* at some point

I don't think Isom is going anywhere. It's bizarre how much the BoD doesn't care about management's collective incompetence.

FAs way overstepped in their initial offer to company, putting top pay at $110/hr, full retro, and various other sweetners like night pay etc. I've no idea where the company is right now but they backed way off from my understanding.

My flights have mostly been on time and generally good vibes from FAs/agents etc. I will say that I fly with guys who point out the attitude in the flight deck is often quite negative, maybe this is just a symptom of pilots being continuously negative rubbing off on everyone.

This place has only gotten better over the past 20 years I've seen the operation run. If anyone was here in summer 2018 and 2019 you know exactly what I'm talking about. I will say they need to increase connection times in CLT especially, as a 35-40 min connection unnecessarily raises everyone's stress levels (pax, agents, etc).

I have to laugh at the bid sheet dig, literally everyone says the same thing "the worst bid sheet ever!" lol.

Pssst…for deliveries after 2028, with the built in strategy that if it doesn’t get certified, they would pivot. Per Isom’s comments when the deal was announced.

What? Every 3rd email from the BOD is about management incompetence.
