"As expected, though, the A321Ts will get a premium-heavy replacement: American plans to phase the new A321XLRS in right as the A321Ts are phased out, according to Kimberly Cisek, American's vice president of customer experience. We'll start to transition the A321T into the A321XLR. So, this will probably be one of the first routes that the aircraft flies, is our transcon, as we start to transition [the A321T] out]," Cisek explained during remarks at the 2024 Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg, Germany.
As to "when"...
"It's a little early to share dates," Cisek said of the XLR. "We're working with Airbus, as well as our suppliers, and we'll have a date to share with you soon."

Very much not true. In fact I’m almost positive it’s 250 cutoff. NY to DTW you are 100% getting a full beverage service.
And to the guy who said we are better now than ever…. That’s pretty freaking sad to hear.
We are so poorly run and inefficient it's ridiculous. The amount of delayed flights at this place alone, I cant believe anyone chooses to fly with us. Throw in the 100% lack of customer service and the fact were still running 145s around everywhere, well. you get the point…

A big part of Delta CS is that agents board 45 mins early, even on RJs. They have a lot more breathing room. A major source of stress for humans is time pressure, and we don't give them much leeway here. I don't know if the company wants to change that or not, but they should.
I noticed under Isom we started mimicking the Delta strategy of lowering block times but increasing turn times. This started roughly a year ago.

AA runs about 80% on time. Delta is 85%. That means an additional 1 out of 20 flights arrives on time at Delta. I'm surprised you find this a substantial difference.

We are ~75% for A14 and ~65% for D0 YTD. Although, these last few days of crazy thunderstorms in DFW haven't helped those numbers.

As I shareholder I thought Vasu was doing an awful job. I was surprised when it was announced he was getting a promotion to CCO not too long ago. Maybe whoever was responsible for that should be fired as well.
