"1 year of withholding...." You can remove your CLT 320 FO bid anytime while being withheld and, at least in the past, your 'withheld' disappears at the speed of electrons over the internet.

Don't remove a 3P and you might get it awarded 5-10 years later. <True story. More than once.

Percentage wise there's 3x as many 320 FO's under 10,000 seniority vs the 737 in CLT.

Percentage was 48% of the 320 FO's are senior to the junior CA. On the 737 it's only 34% (all numbers +/- as I didn't subtract out the 'greenies' who bid out).

It looks like a LOT more 320 FO's will probably upgrade vs the percentage of 737 FO's in the near future. Nothing's guaranteed but your fear of being 20% worse, or 3x greater relative seniority, doesn't seem likely.
