Huh? What are you talking about? Plenty of destinations have more than one option. But yes we suck…

Mainline pilots can reserve the jumpseat for international flights. This is a game-changer. As long as a jumpseat is available, it's basically a confirmed seat.

Oh yes, so awesome sitting in the Jumpseat for 8 hours a real "game changer"

Meanwhile a Piedmont bag thrower and his family of 5 bump you out of business class because they are a T passenger from some fly over city in a fly over state.

Pilots should have a special priority above all other work groups.

Maybe the naysayers are right and will get to gloat. But just maybe we'll beat United again on performance metrics this year. Eventually having a reputation for reliability will help profits.
This. Yes, things may be small but we are headed in the right direction. Thanks for the good vibes.

If you’re at JFK or PHL and you want to go to Paris, there is only 1 flight out of each. Your back up plan is to go to Rome, but you chose JFK and JFK only goes to Milan, not Rome. But PHL goes to Rome. Those games make it frustrating when you non-rev - yeah AA goes places but typically if you go out of 1 airport you only have 1 shot at making it there and your back up plan might not be exactly where you want to go. DFW might be different since that is Mecca, never went through DFW

Pilots and FA’s - I think United has them with special status if commuting to work a trip above normal non-rev
