the email we all got today says exactly when everyone’s classification date will be realigned. The company had until next December, but they will have everyone done by March.

The info in the CCI message is great news! Currently, have a Nov classification date (but DOH July), so it'll be fixed before July 2024, which is great.
My colleague is a Nov hire (NOT Nov 2023) and Jan classification date and they fixed his 2 days ago.

Brutal. Us August 2022 hires with December classification dates won’t see year 2 pay until our Jan 15 paycheck. 16 months at year 1. And November hires are already at year 2?

If your a Dec classification date, you'll see yr 2 in Dec. Your DoH and OCC date will get aligned in Jan. Then you'll see your year 3 in Aug the following year.

Dont forget, this is for everyone with less than 12 yrs. Nov hires junior to you aren't getting their year 2 because they aren't there yet. It specifically says in the contract that you can't be paid the next pay rate if you aren't actually at that time of service yet. The Nov guys getting adjusts are the guys from 11 yrs on down.

Is a 3 month paid vacation during training the consolation prize you already cashed in?
