United has better deadhead rules, crew meals… and I guess will fix some of their awful reserve rules. Their new sick will be slightly better. TBD on most aspects.
AA matches on pay, but wouldn’t set a higher bar and mostly rode ALPA’s coattails. Most work rules are similar to slightly lagging. LTD and commuter policy are about the only real industry leading things, for now.

Delta has better premium, sick, OE trip blocking (really lack thereof), some aspects of reserve, some RIGs, and profit sharing- mostly because Delta makes more money and doesn’t split the profits with their vastly non-union work force.

we (DL) do split our PS with our non union mainline workforce. But the formula is not split with endeavor employees.

Yes, right now it ‘spills’ into our RHA, which is actually a pretty good deal. If you have a young family who is sick often, you can also use that account to reimburse yourself for out of pocket health expenses (premiums, copays, office visits, etc). That money goes into our RHA untaxed, grows taxfree, and is spent taxfree.
if our AIP passes, that money can also go into a MBCBP.

Your post is noted. My ALPA drive card is still in the mail box waiting to be picked up.. Have you been under APA? Have you seen how AA management takes advantage and exploits our union and how quickly they cave? Have you seen how hard APA has made recalling someone on the Board? There are a lot of concessions and holes in this contract that AA can take full advantage of.
