I think some situational awareness is needed. Is this seriously lacking as far as QOL? Yes, yes it is, but…. does anyone really think after watching what a monkey flinging poop show our union has become they can do better? I’m leaning towards vote it in and then work on becoming ALPA. There are some good people in the union, but its structure is flawed. It would benefit with the added oversight and resources ALPA would provide.

LOL... 100%. They passed the last one just to get DAL pay-rates and a few extras. Why wouldn't this pass?
Look - it's time for the pilot group to speak for itself. Unfortunately, I think I know what the answer is going to be. We had people that were going to vote yes to the one they presented in October of 2022!!!! We are stuck between a rock and hard place. We should have been in mediation a year ago. We don't have DAL or UAL management. This management has been known for a long time to not want QOL enhancements to our contract because they are very hard to put a dollar amount to. Bobby doesn't like anything he can't put a dollar amount on.

For me, the smart move is to take this deal and then let’s get to getting ALPA on the property!

hardly any of them? You sure about that? Or is it just not the specific ones you wanted or not exactly like you wanted them to read?
