Pattern bargaining would be going Delta plus. APA is just getting (some of) what Delta got, no more. Big difference.

All APA is doing is riding the waves that Delta and United make.

Still only matching? Strike 4. Pathetic.

And, yet, that extra penny just can't be found to exceed UAL or DAL rates. Jesus.

I think some situational awareness is needed. Is this seriously lacking as far as QOL? Yes, yes it is, but…. does anyone really think after watching what a monkey flinging poop show our union has become they can do better? I’m leaning towards vote it in and then work on becoming ALPA. There are some good people in the union, but its structure is flawed. It would benefit with the added oversight and resources ALPA would provide.

This is the way! My notifications are packed with premium over the last week. This is what we’re going to get without giving up things we shouldn’t have to!

Look - it's time for the pilot group to speak for itself. Unfortunately, I think I know what the answer is going to be. We had people that were going to vote yes to the one they presented in October of 2022!!!! We are stuck between a rock and hard place. We should have been in mediation a year ago. We don't have DAL or UAL management. This management has been known for a long time to not want QOL enhancements to our contract because they are very hard to put a dollar amount to. Bobby doesn't like anything he can't put a dollar amount on.

This too!! The thing everyone that wants to toss this deal in the shredder isn’t realizing is 1. We are here because of some major missteps by both the BOD and the pilot group. 2. Mediation IS NOT the solution and will not fix the short coming everyone wants fixed. If you think it will you do not understand the mediation process.

For me, the smart move is to take this deal and then let’s get to getting ALPA on the property!

Nothing like publishing a document saying here’s all the things we’re gonna ask for. Then less than a week later coming back with an AIP that didn’t include hardly any of them

hardly any of them? You sure about that? Or is it just not the specific ones you wanted or not exactly like you wanted them to read?

Did AA get the minimum flight deck compliment of two pilots with 2.0?
