My point was that using a pay increase as the sole justification for passing a TA is short sighted. There were plenty at FDX who made the ‘time value of money’ argument but they were outnumbered.
Atlas is not currently moving any FedEx freight.

Not sure what you're really asking here. It looked like cr@p which is why we rejected it. The TA was only voted down two weeks ago so the NC is preparing to re-enter negotiations.

I’m a little confused on the point of your original post. Yes voters “attitudes” to “take the money” had nothing to do with your POS TA. You didn’t vote down 44% raises big guy. The fact it almost passed is remarkable, but your own MEC ran a furlough fear mongering campaign before the vote so I’m not shocked it was close. The fact you’re in the legacy threads giving out advice is even more remarkable.

Your TA was concessionary in multiple areas and below par on industry pay raises. That TA was no where near 44% raises compared to DL, AA, and UA.

Have another drink? I think you need to close out your tab for the night. I was referring to the FDX MEC in my comment. That’s fairly clear for anyone reading that sober.. lol.

Sorry, I was on the fence for weeks, but as an in-base guy who lives near the airport and often bids reserve on purpose, the lagging reserve rules sealed the deal for me. No if's or but's about it - reserve was a concession. I won't puke up all the specifics, but look into the language of the new bucket system as it pertains to vacation and sick time. Everyone has their agenda. A good reserve system is mine.
