When is the less than 1% profit sharing supposed to be paid? Need to buy some lead pencils for the kiddos.

Better than nothing. This will be my second largest profit sharing check in my 20 plus year career. I am looking forward to it. Profit sharing isn’t even in our current contract. Think of it as a gift that you weren’t expecting.

It's probably one of the smallest. Inflation is the silent tax wa all pay. It's the government mismanagement of a fiat standard.
