Last class before COVID was March 2020 and yes, the first class after was Sept 2021

That's one that I don't think goes to covid. If there was no hiring then both platforms should be pretty similar

It absolutely is due to COVID. Junior Capt 73 goes Sept 21 hire; the bus goes slightly more senior a couple months, well there were no hires a couple months prior to Sept 21 so you have to go back to Feb 2020 to go back ‘couple months’ of seniority. So the platforms are pretty similar by only a couple months seniority. Clear as mud?

Basically we are running a 3 to 4 year upgrade, but because of COVID it jumped down a bit.
