Every time I buy buy ticket on Delta the FAs are lazy and ghetto won't do a service on a >2 hour flight if there's the slightest turbulence. I've personally seen them sitting in the blocked off last row watching movies and eating and giving people eat s- looks if they ask for anything or even stand in line to use the lav.

Delta been serving the exact same first class meals for over 10 years now. Domestic and International.

But they're a super premium air line. Just ask them.
Sadly, I've seen this too on a few occasions. I don't doubt similar attitude problems exist at every airline, but there was a definite shift during/after Covid. FA's got used to minimal service due to the pandemic. There is a lot of turnover in junior FA ranks, and sadly many NH FA's since Covid have been contaminated in thier attitude for service. The last row of some NB aircraft is blocked off due to a lack of FA jumpseats in the aft galley (huge fail by the department that allowed that). So they have "safety seats" in case the hit turbulence while 'up' in the aft galley. We all know turb is worse 'in back', but some FA's use it as an excuse to sit on thier butt and watch the IFE. It's embarassing, and I hope customers write it up in surveys so it will stop.

Your take on FC meals is inaccurate, however. While it stagnated somewhat during Covid, menu's rotate on a 6-9 month cycle.

To be fair, less than a week ago you posted the following to the Delta forum: “As someone who buys tickets Deltas product is light years ahead of any domestic airline except United who's product is close but their employees leave a lot to be desired. Delta is hands down the best US airline from a passenger standpoint.”

IMHO, the truth between those two extremes is somewhere in the middle. I fly for DL, but buy tickets or commute on all of the big 3 fairly often. Our products are much more alike than they are different.

I don’t think most DL pilots would disagree with you, but we don’t make those decisions, and the company couldn’t care less what their “disagreeable pilots” think.

if you are buying tickets on DL…and I’m being 100% serious…please put that in your survey/ call and complain. The company does not GAS what pilots have to say but they care about 2 things,
1) keeping an FA union off property, and
2) keeping their NPS up.

if enough people give a 3 or lower on their survey and have that as a reason it would get fixed.

sincerely

Delta's product is still better than most others but I don't see our FAs watching movies and refusing to do service.

AA F/A's watch movies. Quiet service period in the cabin/between services? I've seen them on line and/or watching movies during quiet periods. I haven't seen that with a refusal to do service.

Yeah, that’s something that our management absolutely needs to fix. Coddling the FA group and encouraging them to remain non-union has always been their top priority.

In my experience, AA FAs provide slightly better domestic, main cabin service than our own right now.

You do have a choice tho, mind your business and go back to your airline’s thread if you just came to spread negativity as you all do.

I prefer a brand new plane and a flip down to hold my phone, 100%. The same way a ton of people prefer that, and the other half prefer a screen with whatever entertainment you offer. Stop acting like you know everything because you clearly don’t.
