#1 Captain in my bid status years ago when I was one of the top 3 FO's - "where do miserable Captians come from? The FO's seat. They've always been miserable, they just aren't the lead guy as FO. When they upgrade there's no filter between them and _______ (fill in the blank - F/A's, passenger, dispatch, agent, etc)

Funny you mention mental health. My RJ with 1500h was a 737 flying cargo. Unrealistic expectations is you thinking we care about your comments or you thinking we like you here.

Just look at what "Air Line" most of the Mods work for and that will answer your question.
