go to UAL, upgrade in a year on the 737 or sit right seat in the 787 don’t look back. The wave is done at DL.. and AA, that’s a crap shoot.

flew with a NK pilot hired at DL in 2021, he’s already in the left seat on the bus. He was at NK for years and glad he left since the ACY base closed. He said everything is better expect the crews / how lax the job at NK was

probably downsize or bankrupt at some point to restructure due to management.. culture is very negative at AA too. I know people who were there for 1-2 years and left for greener pastures due to the culture

Do you even work here? Aren’t you at Delta?. The most negative thing we have is morons like you talking the way you do about us. Mind your business and downsize your comments

Nah he knows all about the industry, he’s been at Delta for a whole year! He can definitely predict what’s gonna happen, and why not tell a whole pilot group their company is gonna go bankrupt and some of them will lose their jobs? And he totally knows how bad it is over here, because of all his friends who have left AA. Thank god for his expertise!

That, despite the fact our union actually has the data of who’s getting hired and who’s leaving, and we know that more people are coming from other legacies to AA than leaving AA .

It would have been foolish to leave back then with the information you had. You can’t beat yourself up.
