Have no clue, doubt AA releases those stats. Just from posts on here it seems like less people got CJOs on the spot and more people were sent to the review boards as the year went on. I am not sure if it was because the quality of the candidates was going down due to the overall shallowing of the hiring pool or they were being more selective since they had a training backlog and they knew that there would be a pause in new hire classes to end the year.

I don’t think we are interviewing that many, unless they’ve really ramped up. About 25% of our new hires are flows. Classes have been averaging 30-35/wk. 22-27 street hires per week. If you get the interview at AA they really want and need you here. About 5000 apps on file, less than half are actually competitive. If you have some TPIC time and a relatively clean record. You’ll probably get a call. Go to an event and talk to people.

Are these actual phone calls going out for class dates? Last I heard via email was to keep my lines of communication open as an early Oct Interview/CJO.

CJO mid September and all paperwork good. I was just told today(email from my TC) expect an early April indoc class. It was the earliest class date available. Anybody get the same?

It might be helpful to add additional information:

-Interview date
-CJO
-Class date
-Current employer: e.g. Regional, ULCC, Military, other Mainline

Class dates might seem less random if we know where you're coming for. I know they try to balance out the classes, but I very well could be wrong...
