while at a WO regional they us as a commodity in short supply, the longer you can hold it the better…. Then they see us as a cost, not an asset, once on at mainline. Seemingly Couldn’t care less about losing a “good” candidate.

A colleague of mine got called today for an interview. He said they called, told him he would have some paperwork sent to fill out electronically and return by the Thursday prior to the interview, and asked him which date of the available worked best for him. No mention of a Zoom pre-meeting.
