Pilotest.com is a good free intro to the format although the control response and format vary slightly especially for the tube test . On the actual assessment you can practice before you play for each section. For the sudoku go for accuracy over speed and learn some of the tips in the this video (https://youtu.be/RWD8GDEk3Lk)--the idea is that you don't solve the whole puzzle, but eliminate the wrong ones. For the memory game, I just memorized the top row and guessed the same square until I got it right if it wasn't in the top row so I got the top row plus one right. The work traits/personality test is a way to gauge your cultural fit, go with your gut, but more extreme answers may set you up for contradicting yourself later on, as the test seems to pit values against each other to tease out which ones really matter to you. Everyone I talked to about that said don't overthink it and go with your gut and be yourself. The only thing I'd add to that is to approach it with the mindset of being your best version of yourself at work. So if your tool bench at home is full of unfinished projects because you put in overtime or were deployed then you probably aren't thinking about answering that question about the statement "usually I don't finish projects" from a work perspective and you may slightly agree with "sometimes people annoy me."

No idea. There are so many parts to the application process that it could have been anything. Skills test, personality test, video interview, panel interview, logbooks, application paperwork. Also had 0 TPIC. If I could go back I would hire a prep service.

Default Electronic Logbook

In preparation for the in-person interview, question about logbooks. I couldn't find an answer with a quick search, I apologize if this was addressed before somewhere else! Are Electronic logbooks accepted during in person interview? I have a full print out, inserted all endorsements, checkrides etc vs my paper logs. Would you bring both? Thanks !

Printed electronic logbooks are accepted. An usb or iPad of your logbooks are not accepted. You can bring both if you feel your printed logbook portrays a more organized picture of your logs.

I did one of those websites that prints your electronic logbook, presented nicely in a folder with tabs. Perfectly fine to have electronic logbook as long as you have it printed and it’s easy to read. I suggest getting it at least binded. Don’t just come with a stack of printed paper.
