it's also a non pilot HR type that is doing the virtual interview. Basically they want to make sure everything thing is in order and you haven't committed any murders in the time since you filled out the app.

A bit like speed dating, you'll have 5 minutes to introduce yourself and explain why you're a great fit for AA. Everyone was very nice. Go through your application again and make sure it's tight. No gaps in dates between employment and accommodations. All academics accounted for and flight training listed separately. Good luck!
is it recommended to bring paper logbooks?

They give you a list of everything they require you to bring.

They want you to bring every paper logbook you have, even if you transitioned to a digital logbook. If you no longer have the originals, there were a couple ways to alibi that (old 8710s, notarized statement, etc), which are all listed on the instructions they send in the interview email.

Sorry, I was referring to the walk-up meet-and-greet at the jobs expo, not a scheduled interview

Anyone know if AA will be doing interviews at PAPA or is it exclusively Meet and Greets?

going back on topic, question about class dates:

with the training pause for the summer, has anyone gotten a September class date?

I interviewed back in April and was told to expect a call in June for a Sept/Oct course date. Waiting patiently by the phone. 😬 Be curious if anyone else gets a call.

I know people in Dec/Jan that don’t have class stars yet.
