I know that 549 is already set to grow with the OCT and DEC vacancies but still, that's alot..
With 50 CLT upgrades and 60 open CLT/320 spots I could see some in the 9/8 new hire class hold CLT.

Is that for 787 DFW? Was it lower pre-covid? Any guess on if it’s expected to drop at all?

There are still around 45 787s on order for which delivery was deferred due to the pandemic.
If these 787s are replacing the older 777s, then this will be the new normal.
If the 777s are retained, then the time to hold NB FO should move back towards pre-COVID times.

The most junior DFW 78 FO is a 2014 hire. The last vacancy bid the most junior award to DFW 78 FO was a 91 hire. As a 2001 hire, I would not have been able to hold it via a vacancy award for at least the last two bids. I don't know pre-covid, but right now pretty much all I'd hold as a 78 FO in DFW is long call reserve.

I always heard part of the thinking was to replace the 767s that AA just retired. I could be wrong about that.
