They want 688 CLT FOs by March 2022, just a quick check on Expanded 3XP Beta shows 549 FOs in CLT for Oct 2021...thats a huge growth, should see the bottom of CLT really fall, dare I even say some new hires in CLT?! I know that 549 is already set to grow with the OCT and DEC vacancies but still, that's alot..

If these 787s are replacing the older 777s, then this will be the new normal.
If the 777s are retained, then the time to hold NB FO should move back towards pre-COVID times.

The most junior DFW 78 FO is a 2014 hire. The last vacancy bid the most junior award to DFW 78 FO was a 91 hire. As a 2001 hire, I would not have been able to hold it via a vacancy award for at least the last two bids. I don't know pre-covid, but right now pretty much all I'd hold as a 78 FO in DFW is long call reserve.

There are still around 45 787s on order for which delivery was deferred due to the pandemic.
