Vacancy announcement
#281
Usually the spring vacancies see a lot of upgrades compared to the other months. The October and December vacancies had more than normal because they are under-staffed. It's probably reasonable to see 2016 hires get an upgrade in LGA. But LGA will always be super junior because of the commute and covering two airports. Pre-covid, the June 2020 vacancy saw a lot of junior captains in LGA (2014 hires). So it's not a stretch to expect some 2016 hires for a spring 2022 vacancy bid in LGA.

not sure where you are getting your info but 737 CLT CA is not the next most junior…not by a long shot..just a quick check and, LAX, DFW, ORD, and MIA all have 737 CA’s that are junior to the most junior CLT 737 CA.

They want 688 CLT FOs by March 2022, just a quick check on Expanded 3XP Beta shows 549 FOs in CLT for Oct 2021...thats a huge growth, should see the bottom of CLT really fall, dare I even say some new hires in CLT?! I know that 549 is already set to grow with the OCT and DEC vacancies but still, that's alot..
