Cant say that I have heard of too many people getting a TBNT email unless they really screwed up the interview pretty badly.
Yes, regional FOs are getting the call now. Primarily because there are so few regional captains that have up to date applications and are bothering to keep them current. Many Regional Captains are getting comfortable and not applying to the airlines. As a result, their FOs are getting hired instead. And in a year or so when the regional industry collapses, the current regional Captains will be junior to their previous FOs.

I’m sure there’s people with zero tpic who have gotten called but it’s a VERY small percentage. Idk how the algorithm works to get the app pulled but I know a lot of qualified pilots who update often and not a peep. I know UA and DAL you have a much better shot at getting a call with zero or low PIC than AA

I believe they are looking for leadership experience. This can be demonstrated in many ways outside of being a captain. If you dont have that option then being captain is the only way you can demonstrate that. Also upgrading is an indicator of you willing to take up the next challenge and they want to know that you wont just be an FO for ever.. I believe its a total looks at what you have going on..

I received the interview invite email today, but when I click on the tabs in pilotcredentials there are no dates to choose from. Is there something that needs to be done before they appear, or do they not have any available dates yet? I'm trying to see if I'm missing something.
