Wish we knew what the paperwork issue was.

United on the other hand is scooping up every eligible WO CA that applies and gets through the Hogan…. LOL…
Great, thanks for the info. I'm cringing and hesitant to ask the next question, however on the application, the last box being "landings"....ummm, how accurate does one have to be? Asking for a friend! Lol....I'll go and crawl back to my corner now, but thanks for any and all feedback...

During the interview they break out an accounting calculator and go day by day through your flight history and tally every landing. They then cross reference this to each day’s flight time and the type of aircraft flown to ensure that the number of landings correspond appropriately to the fuel burn of that type of aircraft.

Just get as close as you can.

2) Age wise, has anyone noticed anyone being hired in their 50s....
Thanks!
I was told by someone in the 12/15 class that it had NO pilots from flow. That class also had 20 pilots 50+.

The contractual numbers for flows are by month and not by new hire class. If they are running 4 classes per month up to 3 per month could have zero flows. It is more like two per month in practice.

This.

As long as you’re over 1500 you’re competitive. My buddies and I are getting calls from multiple majors with some barely over 1500 with zero internal recs.

Military only. For civilian, it seems to be 2000 hours of turbine time.

I honestly think it’s easier to get hired at AA off the street from a WO than any other regional
