The instructions are on the PRIA forms.

What is the average total time people are getting interviews with? Any low time getting interviews?

Has there been a trend for how many internal recommendations it takes to get an interview?

One internal as well. Mil RW background with 5500 TT and virtually zero FW turbine PIC.

How are they with checkride failures? I bunked my oral and flight on my initial ATP at a defunct uncle Hula’s regional in STL 6 years ago. Three types, check airman, sim instructor, no failures since then, no failures before then. Checked the box on the app, still got an interview. One internal rec.

Seriously?

Was hoping the RTP guys would do some time at the regionals learning how to fly airplanes before they came to AA.

JFC. That's scary ****. Those guys are 50/50 trying to kill you or decent. 50% of that mix also had PTSD.

2000 of those hours are regional and LCC SIC… RTP wasn’t a thing when I left the military. Keep those spears coming, though. As for the PTSD comment, that’s just ignorant. I understand the animosity, I suppose, but I’ve paid my dues just like anyone else. Looking forward to the interview. Hopefully I can keep the PTSD at bay!

The "trying to kill you" is the funny part. 100% of all pilots convicted of triple murder in the last decade were RTP pilots. 100%.
