Hey all!
I just accepted an interview date for November 17th. 2 questions if any one could help. 1) what can we expect with the “work skills assessment” that’s now required with the interview selection? Is it like the PST with a personality test too? Can/should you prep for it? 2) is there a technical portion for the actual interview on top of the usual HR stuff? If so, what should my focus be to get ready for that? I remember the PST math being a bit challenging? My apologies in advance if it was answered way back in a previous post and Thanks in Advance!

I took it this summer shortly after it became available on the app and felt awful about how 2-3 of the subtests went. Felt like I tanked my chances for how badly I felt after finishing the PST. Obsessed about it for a week or so afterwards too. Fortunately I recently received an invite almost 3 months later. Not sure how much the PST factors into the decision to extend an interview invitation but don’t lose hope.
