Indoc takes a couple weeks, during indoc you’ll bid for aircraft training dates. Once you start aircraft training, it takes about a month. You could have up to a month off in between aircraft training and indoc, so the whole thing takes anywhere from 2 to 3 months.

Second this. Typically ground school is online these days. Then you'll do about 5 days of ground device training, followed by about 2 days off. Then 4 days of sim training with 2 days off, and another 4 days of sim training with your check ride. So initial training, including OE, takes about 1 to 1.5 months to complete. I had about 3 weeks between indoc and initial training. Enjoy the paid time off.

Hey guys.
I'm at a non-AA regional. 3600h TT (all civilian fixed wing): 2000h Part 121, 900h 121 TPIC, line check pilot, ALPA safety fatigue chairman and mentor. No check-ride failure, no DUIs, etc. However I don't have a 4 years degree yet (30 more credits to go). Should I even bother applying?
