AA Director of Hiring recorded a 2-part podcast (Ready 4 Pushback) right before TPNx last year and explained the suit vs no suit situation. I doubt it’s changed, bring a suit if you get an interview or want to be prepared, but not required for the Meet and Greet. He just recorded another R4P podcast, all 3 are worth a listen.

as Mstr said, aviation interviews. They were pretty spot on with the ride reports of how the day/interview will go. There’s 100 or so TMAAT questions you could study from as well as a few scenario based questions. All this said, I still used a prep company to prepare for the interview. It was an investment into a multi million $ job and I didn’t want to leave anything to chance. Some may be able to go in there and crush the interview without that, but I wanted to make sure I was prepared. Biggest thing they want is for you to be authentic. The prep just helped me build the confidence I needed to go in and crush the interview. I used Spitfire Elite who now has Judy Tarver on their team. Others have used Raven, Ready Set Takeoff, Emerald Coast, or Cage Marshall. Good luck!

Pilot Counseling Services (now owned by Spitfire) is far and away the best answer you're going to get on here. Judy Tarver, Maureen and others on the team worked in pilot hiring at AA for decades. Looks like the package is now $700. You could probably get by with aviationinterviews.com, but is it really worth leaving anything on the table when it comes to a legacy interveiw?
For the potential earnings at AA, I’d probably spring for the seven bills.

Second, or 3rd this. I spoke with Tron at Spitfire (where Judy is now -- she was bought) and he was a godsend for my specific situation. They may be expensive but an all-around good team and they truly care.
