Can you name me an airline that publically posts it's hiring and training plans? You’ll either get your information directly from your recruiter or you can rely on the information people are nice enough to post. That information would come from people who attended new hire or other training and had heads of departments come in and speak to the class. Or don’t, couldn’t care less. Btw, you literally asked a question that was answered in the immediate posts before yours so next time try reading back a page or two.

As to the previous pages I did look back 2 or 3 pages but didn't see anything specific to the spring so that was my question. Thanks again for such a fast response and hopefully I will see you all in Dallas soon ✈

hard to say. A lot of retirements to come and supposedly most aircraft on order are growth. No planes getting parked through 2030 is the plan. All old airbii getting cockpit + cabin refresh. My educated guess is you would retire about #600 give or take. I’d say in the middle of a 10 year wave

Probably better than the other 2 at this point. AA has hired the fewest by far, and with the most retirements.
