See post #2659. Your answer was 10 posts before yours.

in about 5 different places. From people at the company, from people I know who interviewed that were told personally by recruiters that they were waiting until Sep for a class date now.

Can you name me an airline that publically posts it's hiring and training plans? You’ll either get your information directly from your recruiter or you can rely on the information people are nice enough to post. That information would come from people who attended new hire or other training and had heads of departments come in and speak to the class. Or don’t, couldn’t care less. Btw, you literally asked a question that was answered in the immediate posts before yours so next time try reading back a page or two.

I was just checking his source man relax. I am grateful for such a quick response but I'm sure you have seen both incredibly accurate as well as totally outlandish things on this site and I was just checking.

As to the previous pages I did look back 2 or 3 pages but didn't see anything specific to the spring so that was my question. Thanks again for such a fast response and hopefully I will see you all in Dallas soon ✈

If you have a class date by the end of the year, what’s the outlook on this hiring wave? Towards the end? Just beginning?

If you are hired by end of year at age 30 what can you expect to retire seniority wise?

hard to say. A lot of retirements to come and supposedly most aircraft on order are growth. No planes getting parked through 2030 is the plan. All old airbii getting cockpit + cabin refresh. My educated guess is you would retire about #600 give or take. I’d say in the middle of a 10 year wave

Somewhere around 550ish upon reaching 65 (provided nothing else changes). Lots of young new hires in the last couple years.

Probably better than the other 2 at this point. AA has hired the fewest by far, and with the most retirements.
