Default WIA Meet and Greet

Does anyone know how the meet and greet works at Women in Aviation. I have heard of mixed reviews on getting a CJO at the event. Does anyone know if you get a CJO at the meet and greet or do you go back and do a full interview? Any insight would be helpful. TIA

FWIW I also don't think they reach out and tell you if you are moving to the next phase so I wouldnt worry about that either, there was just something on my App that needed clarification so they reached out.
Can someone please help? I published the app successfully 2 weeks ago and today notice it says "published", but with an exclamation point. What does that mean? Is it still published, or is it in draft mode. I have gone through the app and can't find any mistakes. TIA

It is published, they added the orange exclamation point a couple weeks ago. From the AA recruiters on LinkedIn:

We’ve introduced a new feature that clearly indicates whether your application is “Published” or “Draft”. Simply hover your cursor over the Draft or Published icon, and our new ‘Tool Tip’ will provide a quick high-level explanation of what’s needed to move your application from Draft to Published.

Keep an eye out for the Published icon with a little orange exclamation point! This means your application is complete and visible to our recruiting team. (The exclamation will remain as a simple reminder)

Thank you for your reply, but I'm still not clear. Your quote from the LinkedIn recruiters make it seem like the app needs attention to move forward. On my app, there is a green Published, with tiny explanation point. Does that mean I have to fix something in order to move to Published, without orange exclamation point. I apologize for not understanding. So is it a good thing or bad? TIA

I was told by my app review company that this is the normal behavior. The exclamation mark is there to remind you of what is required for the app to remain published.

Does this mean I need to fix something? And if fixed, will exclamation point go away or does it remain for everyone when app is complete?

Can't be any clearer than that 👍

I understand your confusion. But from my understanding of the situation, having the green check mark AND the exclamation point is OKAY.

I hope there's feedback passed to the AA team, that having both of the GREEN (normally indicates good) + ORANGE (normally indicates caution, or something's wrong) is pretty confusing.

Cool thanks! That's exactly where the confusion lies. Orange is usually not good.
