Mine still shows green 'published' and with an exclamation point. Could you elaborate on what section had some fields added? I don't have anything unfilled.

Your profile will be listed as 'Draft' until it is filled out completely, including 10 years of Address history, Education, Experience, Certification etc. Once you have completed these steps, your application will automatically be "Published" for review by our Recruiting team.
Once you have added all the required information it may take up to an hour for your application to be "Published" from "Draft" status.

I hit 1000 part 121. 2500 total. 1300 turbine. No college degree. All civilian. 1st generation pilot. Let's see what happens. I see AA as the leader in promoting
diversity and growth of all backgrounds. However it seems it's always the military folks, high time, and majority that get the call back. Minorities have a tougher time it seems.

What I remember from the top of my head: A country dropdown was added for main phone number. Under "certification", red dots (mandatory) were added for every box, so I checked "no" when previously left unchecked. Under "employment", I noticed they added a "military" tab next to "primary aircraft flown". They also added a "reason for leaving" box.

The only boxes I have blank are the greyed out issued/expiration dates for second class and military physical.
