Get on LinkedIn and find out where the recruiters are doing their base/city visits. Get there and present yourself. Probably get a brownie point and they'll love your resume. What is the other 1100 hrs PIC in? If it's turbine PIC make sure you list that.
Make sure you have the BIG part of your time listed early - TT, TPIC, PIC, Jet, turbine, MEL, military, military IP. Type ratings. That's probably 95%+ of the hours they're interested in.
Good luck.

Get to a job fair, 'meet the chiefs', or ANYWHERE the recruiters are. WAI is in Orlando March 21-23. If you can't get to talk with the AA recruiters by then GET TO WAI! Shoot, even if you talk with the recruiters befoe WAI ** I'D GO AGAIN ** if you don't have a CJO.

Your name profile says A320 FO. You say you have 400 hrs A320 PIC. Are you a Captain? They don't count FO flying as PIC. PIC means you are the boss. Putting down 'PIC' when you're the FO is a major foul. Just trying to clarify.

Yeah I created this profile last year but have not updated it I guess. Here's my full background..
Currently 320 Captain at Air Canada
6500TT
6200 Multi
2900 A320
3000 Q400
400Pic A320
900Pic Q400
Moved to DFW a couple years ago for a girl and been commuting to YYZ ever since while we figured out where we wanted to settle long term. We like Dallas and now I'm trying to work closer to home.

And once you do have an app on file, it really need to update every couple of weeks. The application site looks at how often you update and when the last update was. If it has been more than a few months, it looks like you aren't interested in the job anymore and it is completely skipped over. Even small changes every few weeks are fine.

Hi guys,
I've completed each section of my application on pilots.aa.com. And I do not see a final submit button for the completed application, is there one? Its been about 3 weeks now and haven't heard anything back to take the online assesmnt. It also showing "draft" in the upper right hand corner now which I don't think was there before. It looks like they have just updated the portal to a new format in the last couple of days.
I'm currently working in Canada with 6500 hours, 1500PIC and 400PIC on the A320. Also is it common to pay one of the companies to do your APP review? The portal seems pretty straight forward so I've been hesitant to pay someone to do the review but maybe it is necessary.
I'm new to applying for US airlines so any help is appreciated
Thanks!

Recency- Military transition - Interview Call
Application live with AA and completed PST no interview call? Resume is 25 years of Navy flying TACAIR jets w/3700 PIC, but only 6 hours in last year due to staff and comand tours. Wondering if recency is keeping me from geting an interview call. Thoughts or recomendations welcome. I do plan on atending WAIC in March. Thanks.

I don’t think recency is holding you back; when I interviewed at AA we had a USAF guy like you with very little if not zero in the past 12-24 months or so. I would say be patient; I personally never did any conferences because that’s not really my thing, but I know plenty who have and it did speed things up and help them. Just my 2 cents, good luck.
Do not be patient, and go to the conference like you suggested. When you meet with them, they will pull your app. If it is flagged as there being something wrong with it, you will get a chance to fix it. As the wave has passed and hiring is slowing down, now is not the time to be patient. There are now hundreds of pilots applying for jobs at the legacys that were not qualified a few months ago, but are now.
Patience is not a virtue, it will cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars.
