I am sure AA recruiters will be at Women in Aviation, anyone know if there's a way to register for a set slot or do you just show up? I haven't found a resource either way.....

No, I didn't get any confirmation email when I initially applied. I've just got that email on my previous post a week ago.

Have not been to WAI but from the other job fairs I have attended, you preregister for the event and there is usually some sort of email that goes out for interview signups or you are invited based on your qualifications. Either way there is still the option to wait in line for a meet and greet and try to snag an interview. Try and go the first day and early for best results.

PST again?
I completed my PST test back in September after receiving the thank you for applying email and the email with the credentials for the PST, I didn't hear back until today that I received an email from [email protected] again, saying thank you for submitting your application, and to take the assessment. I clicked on the link and it's like if I had never done it before. Also. I filled my application on pilots.aa.com and this new email directs me to jobs.aa.com, upon log in a lot of information is missing and it has a warning sign under Jobs Applied that states that I have to take the assessment. Should I wait, take the test again or contact someone?

same thing here. My guess is they are checking to see how many candidates are still active with the applications and evaluating minimum qualifications they are looking at to start interviewing the next pool of applicants

no, nothing typical or predictable. Whatever they deem the needs of the airline to be. They even had classes start over the Holidays two years ago when they were on a mad dash to get pilots on board after COVID

I have flown with lots of pilots from JetBlue, Spirit, and ACMI cargo carriers, and lots of other places. Most aren't thrilled with the overall quality of life, but none of them really regret coming to AA. There is hope to get rid of the corrupt APA and try to continue to push for real improvements. It isn't rainbows and unicorns here, but it could be worse.
2 year upgrade on the airbus and you will be making $400k in a few years with this new contract, plus 18% 401k on top of that.
I can list 100 bad things, like we get 3 weeks of vacation but they really only give you a couple of extra days off each month and it is impossible to get more than 1 decent vacation even if you are really senior. Our sick time really only covers 3 missed trips per year. No trip trading ability. Always ridiculously busy and pushed by everyone (if you let them).
But there are some little things that are good as well.
