you got plenty of time. They are coming back from the holidays and getting the machine starting back up. Also they are filling April and May classes right now. There are no March Classes and will most likely be no June classes. So it could be July before you even start indoc.

You’ll get called with a class date with plenty of time to plan your exit from your current position.

Doesn't really work that way with the military and the program PickleRick is trying to do. They are trying to move their availabilty to the left, so if approved they will be done with active duty sooner and transition over to the reserves. Knowing when the possible class dates are or aren't could help someone walk off the mil base and fly to DFW the next day.

Waiting 6 to 8 weeks for a class date used to be the norm and it looks like we are getting back to that and even trending longer.

Good morning everyone,
I've applied to AA past October and I've received yesterday the following email from Talent Acquisition:
"Thank you for your submission to the Pilot position. We’re thrilled that you have chosen to grow your career with American Airlines. You will hear from our Talent Team soon regarding next steps. We recommend you keep a close eye on your email in the weeks ahead for any updates."
Does anyone got a similar email?
Thank you!
