I second this. Nothing but crickets from AA until I attended a job fair, interview and CJO on the spot.

Good morning everyone,

I've applied to AA past October and I've received yesterday the following email from Talent Acquisition:

"Thank you for your submission to the Pilot position. We’re thrilled that you have chosen to grow your career with American Airlines. You will hear from our Talent Team soon regarding next steps. We recommend you keep a close eye on your email in the weeks ahead for any updates."

Does anyone got a similar email?

When I got that email I received a phone call the next day to start setting up my interviews. Not sure if that is the same for everyone but that is what my process was. Good luck.

Same experience for me…
