At the time of writing that post (September) the junior guy was a late 2019 hire. Weirdly there is Currently one 2022 guy and no 20/21 guys in the seat for January. There are a few 2020/2021 guys coming into the position the next few months

I guess I missed when you posted it ha. But yea for March vacancy there’s 2022 and 21 hires on it.

Correct, but he/she was smart. They're lateral from LGA. They bid upgrade to the junior base and got it, then had their ORD bid in to get where they wanted. Overall though, everything is coming down across most bases.

I'm a non-mil guy and was told by an AA recruiter that 1000 turbine is "what they look for". Aviationinterviews.com has lots of mil guys and gals with less who were hired. Good luck!

Yes they look for it. But in August 2022 1000 hrs TPIC was about 10% of ALL their applications. Next they look for 500 hrs TPIC. That's another 25%(?) of their applicants. They needed to hire about 30% of all their applicants...while DL and UA were chasing the same people. Having 500/1000 hrs TPIC is on AA's 'wish list' and not their 'must have' list.

Don't compare 'non-mil' vs military resumes. The military experience is valued much higher.

Good list. Just as a note those DOHs are not the most junior in the company just the most junior awarded on that particular bid.
