This! I was wondering why when I opted-in for texts, it would be unselected on my next login. When I input my phone numbers, I used dashes and they were accepted. I guess after one of the recent updates dashes are no bueno. Once that was fixed I followed up with an email and got a response and invitation for the interview in a couple of days.

Verify "live". After I re-populated all my information in the new system, I also spent a few weeks assuming my app was live awaiting some type of confirmation/acknowledgment. I sent an e-mail to recruiters to try to confirm and got a prompt response that they couldn't see it on their end. I went back into it, and found one field in one tab that didn't recognize the syntax of my input, but I hadn't recognized that when I clicked "Save and Submit" that I wasn't getting the "Save was Successful" confirmation for that tab. I fixed it, and then next day I got the e-mail for the PST. Since there is no longer a "Publish" button that does a positive quality-control cross-check, recommend scrubbing your app to make sure ALL tabs are returning a "Save was Successful" confirmation message every time you click "Save and Submit" for each tab.
Yes. All I have is about 30 hours, and even that is all GA single piston time. Other than that, I am VERY currency-challenged.
Very similar numbers as me, also military background.
Bottom line: check and double-check this new application system, and don't hesitate to ping the recruiters to confirm that it's live on their end. As soon as I did that, not only did I get the next-day invite to take the PST, a couple days later I also got a phone call for an interview. So hang in there.

Question for you. What / who are you guys reaching out to in order to ping the recruiters? I too had questions and reached out to the Emails that were tossed around in this thread with no joy…
Not sure if I’m missing something

They answered my email question, and resolved an issue swiftly too. Maybe it was an anomaly.

I had submitted ("published") the AAL app on Pilot Credentials (PC) (and also taken the PST) less than a month before AAL and SWA both started migrating away from PC over to their in-house systems (and apparently a couple weeks AFTER the PC data breach had happened, but had not yet been disclosed...). I hadn't received any acknowledgement from AAL that my PC-published app had been received when I started hearing that others PC applicants had started receiving e-mails from AAL to re-submit on their new portal and see if their PC data had migrated over (some did, mine did not). After I started re-populating my info on the new site, I did get that "transition" e-mail from AAL inviting me to check their new site to see if my data had migrated, but to go ahead and re-submit there. Once I finished entering my data there, I then replied to that e-mail to confirm it was on file, and also to confirm if I had to re-take the PST (I did not). Once I did finally get that initial e-mail from AAL about the transition to the new site, they were pretty responsive to my questions, replying to my e-mails within a couple of business days.

Did y'all email [email protected]? I sent an email regarding submission status and have not gotten a response.
If you had success with a different address, please post.
Thanks.
