I heard that tactic worked pre-June ‘22. After that date, HR took the lead over selection of candidates to be interviewed. The “tactic” was/is very ineffective and has been for WO folks trying to move OTS to AA. There are very few exceptions.

Got an email today asking me to sign, scan and upload my PRIA documents to my application and another automated email later saying I was added to the recruitment database with the option to create an account at career4.successfactors.com.
Is the latter required for pilots that already have an application submitted through their aa.pilotcredentials portal? If so, which one do I use to add my PRIA attachments? I'm assuming for now that I need to attach them to my aa.pilotcredentials profile, in the same section where I uploaded my resume and recs but I figured I'd double check here.

2. Follow the instructions in the email and create the account at career4.etc... Not sure if that's for the future background check or what, but do whatever they said in the email and you'll be fine.

1. Upload the PRIA docs to your aa.pilotcredentials profile. There should be a docs tab of sort, I can't remember exactly (been almost a year).

Current version is let them know you have a CJO and they’ll slow roll your interview then class date to keep you at the WO for approximately 12 more months.

Put Delta or United on your employment history and you're in. AA/APA keeps track of how many people leave for our competitors. Likewise, they like to match that metric with how many we have stolen from our competitors. Get on a seniority list asap and worry about AA later.
