You’re awesome, I missed the FAQ somehow, I’ll go through it now and make sure I didn’t get anything else wrong.

Again, thank you.

- No 401K contribution your first year
- Your second year pay won't start until a year and a half after your hire date, that will remain your pay-date for the rest of your career.

These two things combined will result in hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost retirement income.

Unlike Delta and United where new hires get a wide range of base and aircraft choices (including widebodies) right out of class, you will get 737 or A320 in LGA and MIA with a hope and a prayer you get the base you want within your first year. This was the last class drop:

MIA FO 737 I - 5
LGA FO 737 D - 17
PHL FO 320 I - 6
LGA FO 320 D - 21

An established old guard who stimey progress at this airline in the name of decades old grudges. Were more than happy to lock us into a subpar TA while the other Legacies leapfrog us in pay and continue to be light-years ahead in QOL.

Lot to consider for people who have a choice in what airline they want to spend the rest of their life at.

I understand but I also don’t think I have much of a choice when it comes to the majors. I’m at 2600 total, 2000 turbine, 330 TPIC, 3 PIC types but no degree, bad grades and only 135. I do have a lot of professional extra curriculars and a little bit of volunteer time but still.

I actually want PHL. So being able to pick it out of training is a plus for me. Still commuting but not a hard commute at all. Also yeah you can get WB out of class at UAL but their global rsv system absolutely sucks and you can bet you will be on rsv for a while there. At least until your seat lock expires....or you take a quick upgrade on a NB. Which goes back to their terrible rsv system.

Just go to an AA wholly owned regional for 3 months, meet UAL and DAL at a job fair and peace out.

Has anyone experienced these additional tabs appearing one evening and then being gone from the page the following day? Was it a glitch? Certainly they didn't change their mind that quickly, I hadn't completed either of the tabs.

this is pretty common. the tabs should reappear in a few days. same thing happened to me. keep a close eye on your email, including your spam/junk mail. the email has directions on filling out the additional tabs.

Sweet, thanks for the quick response. I'll keep replacing my F5 key.

Going on about a week for me without the tabs reappearing, nor has an email shown up.
