Hopefully that's the case. I had a meet and greet that I felt went very well. The person I spoke with made a series of notes on the back of my resume as we talked and kept it after we finished. I'd imagine that data gets entered somewhere and could lead to an interview invite if they liked what they saw.

It’s hard to say as I know at least a few of the AA M&G pilots were just line pilots who volunteered to help out. My suspicion is they probably put resumes into one of two stacks but don’t have much, if any, control beyond that.

I would assume that's a good thing. The 737 LCA I spoke to did write down my TPIC time on the resume since i'm no longer at the job where I got it and now in the in the right seat of an A320. I hope that means its going to the pile of follow ups. I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall for the people with 1,000 SIC and see what they were getting told.
