At what point in the hiring process does AA send the PRIA requests to your current employer? I want to know when my company finds out that I had an interview. Thanks folks.

Sometime between your CJO and OE. There is an option to not start class until all your PIRA is completed in case you are worried that they may find something. That way you won't have left your job and risk being let got by AA after.

If you’re PRIA hasn’t cleared by the time your checkride is complete you can’t start OE yet. Works as a nice break especially after a month of training.

The next day. Not even kidding, my boss had it at 9 am the day after the CJO.

for recent interviews, can anyone lend some info? How many were given the CJO on the spot? For those not given it on the spot, how many were given it after the review? or not given it after review? interview coming up soon and not sure what to expect with that.
