Funny enough, my invitation to interview arrived today. App submitted 8 Aug. I was given three interview options: 9/21, 9/28 and 10/5.

Low Time

Anyone get a call with low time or no TPIC? I’m an FO at SWA with 100hrs on 73, would it be crazy for me to come over?

Do you know how AA approaches failures? I know a girl who was at PSA as an FO, went to ATI for a few months and then went to AA. She has failures but she told me AA didn’t ask. I have technically 2 I listed on my app. I have certainly learned from them. Does passing multiple things since then redeem yourself? Seems like it should but idk how it works.

Well for starters probably want to avoid saying you “technically” have failures, you either do or you don’t. I’d guess that if enough time has passed and you disclosed everything on your application then if they invite you to interview then they’re willing to hire you.
