Interested in attending myself. I was at PSA for 4.8 years and currently in training at a ULCC. Should have the A320 type in about 1.5 weeks. AA is still the long term goal.

You’re in a great position. I have a former AF bro who was WO and couldn’t get is app pulled. He has two legacy CJOs… headed to one of them soon. AA hires WOs, but they’re few and far between.

I’m from one of the WO’s with a CJO from AA and I know others as well that interviewed as far back as May who still don’t have a class date. So even when we get it, they try not to move us very fast.

I interviewed June 22nd I selected option two on the start date (after the background is complete). July 25th, I contacted recruiting and asked to switch to option 1. They sent me a new training option form, I resubmitted it and was given a class option on July 30 for August 10th. Oh-- I am a former warrant as well- unless WO does not mean warrant officer in your message..

I’m hoping my 1,181 TPIC in CRJs does the trick cause it will be 3-4 years before I see any A320 left seat time.

I know of two people from my PSA new hire class who got CJOs there with around 500 TPIC or even slightly less. They leveraged CJOs from other airlines to get the interview though. One is in training and the other was put in limbo without a class date.
