I wouldn't worry about the order of entries in aa.pilotcredentials, as long as the dates are correct and it says "current" or "present" for the correct one.

What does it take to get a CJO on the spot at one of these hiring events? I’ve seen it done at the ones recently

Also how low has the bar gone in terms of flight time?

Is AA still doing a virtual interview prior to actually going to Dallas for an in person interview? Or is everything all done at once, in Dallas now?

Those who get the CJO at the job fair actually did the interview there. American emails selected individuals prior to the job fair with an invitation to do the interview then.

Yes. Zoom call for 20-30 minute admin interview ahead of actual in person interview. Still need to figure out exactly what gets covered in it.

Prep & treat the virtual interview as if it were the in-person interview and you'll do fine. Maybe give a shorter intro, and be ready to "solve" a hypothetical CRM scenario.
