Feedback from PST?
Wondering how long it took for applicants to get feedback (good or bad) following the PST and publishing app?...I'm prior mil, 3000 hrs, ATP. Also realize I'm not unique, just providing for context. Finally...any benefit to attending events like the Aviation Career Symposium @ Wings Over the Rockies on Jun 11? Do those interactions with recruiters really provide a tipping point such that you'll suddenly get an interview? Thanks much!

Yeah, face time can be the difference in getting your app past the algorithm. As a vet, take a look at RTAG for their event in Fort Worth in October. It's free for vets and AA is the title sponsor (on top of virtually every other airline attending).

I had the same situation last month with only receiving the success factors. 3 weeks later I got the rest of the emails from pilot credentials with the invite. Leading up to that I had emailed the talent acquisition team and pilot recruitment team trying to figure out if there was a problem. Didn’t get any responses though. Interviewed yesterday
