So in reference to the "lottery" for American Airlines inviting someone for an interview...just wondering if there is anything else I can do?

Delta asked me to do their online assessment but they turn away a lot of people the first time they take it...so when I took it I was told TBNT, try again in 6 months. Also United asked me to do an interview as well. In the meantime, I have not heard anything from American. II put down my availability date of May 1, 2022. I've uploaded 4 letters of recommendations and have an internal rec, but still have not heard anything.

Job Fair would help if you haven’t been to one.

It’s a sign you’ll be getting the invite to interview soon.

Where do you find these job fairs by the way? I've searched around but did not see anything. Most people talk about the NGPA, but from what I'm seeing their last job fair was in February.

Women in aviation international, organization of black aerospace professionals (OBAP), and NGPA - those are the big ones. RTAG had a good one last year and is a fraction of the cost of the others.

I received that email on March 24 and the forum said to watch for additional tabs on Pilot Credentials that will pop up to schedule an interview. Those tabs still haven’t popped up for me. Hope your experience has a good outcome!
