Sounds like you’ve done the bare minimum.

Have you been to WAI, NGPA, etc? What hustling have you actually done to get the interview? Have you done anything to make yourself stand out?

I’ve already got CJOs from Delta and United but not even an email from AA. I’m not losing any sleep over it but this whole process seems more like a lottery than anything else. But I agree that job fairs would be a good idea if set on AA.

Very much like a lottery in that respect.

I said WO non-flow hires. And I can back that up with raw data. You know, like a list of every one of them. 80% are female, minority, military or family. Fact.
Weak ad-hominem attack. Yawn.

Nothing else to add except to say up your game instead of blaming other people for your failures.

What have I failed? I haven't even applied at AA.
I'm just stating the facts.

Said like it’s a bad thing. Have you heard of regional pay vs mainline pay? One minute at lower wages is far too much. Unless one identifies as a sub. Then hey all good. You do you. But my employer better have not some, not half, but all my cash…,

What if you started with one of them, and then put in an app with AA? Think you would get a response?

Default MIAMI 737 Line Holder

Hello,

Wanted to respectfully ask if anyone knows how long it takes to hold a line out of Miami?

I have an interview next week, but have offers with other airlines. I truly want to live in Miami and do the Miami flying out while driving to work.
